Job Title: Bilingual Collections and Reductions Representatives

Position Summary:

We are looking for  a detail-oriented and experienced  Personal Injury Collections and Reductions Representative  to join our personal injury collections/reductions team. This role is responsible for negotiating and reducing medical liens and outstanding bills on behalf of personal injury clients, maximizing net settlements and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical bills, liens, and subrogation claims related to personal injury cases.
• Negotiate reductions with medical providers, hospitals, collection agencies, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.
• Communicate with clients to explain the reductions process and provide updates on case status.
• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to finalize settlement distributions.
• Ensure all necessary documents (e.g., final lien letters, account statements) are obtained and properly filed.
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems.
• Monitor relevant state and federal laws regarding lien resolution and reimbursement obligations.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in personal injury, healthcare billing, insurance, or lien negotiation.
• Familiarity with personal injury case lifecycle, lien resolution, and medical billing codes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in legal case management
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HIPAA and personal injury settlement distribution processes.
• Attorney office Case management experience
• Ability to read Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and interpret health insurance policies.

Job Type:

Full-Time | Monday – Friday 9 AM - 6 PM
