**The Role:** We are looking for a **Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist** to join our team. You will be taking raw "talking head" A-Roll and turning it into polished, high-retention content.
**What we need:**
* **Clean, Professional Polishing:** You know how to fix audio (EQ/Compression), color grade (Log footage), and cut out "ums/ahs" invisibly.
* **Motion Graphics:** You are comfortable using After Effects or Mogrts to create lower thirds, bullet points, and clean text animations.
* **B-Roll Mastery:** You know how to find and place stock footage (Storyblocks/Envato) that actually matches the context, not just random filler.
* **Pacing:** You understand "Business Pacing"—keeping the viewer engaged without over-stimulating them like a TikTok video.
**Requirements:**
* **Software:** Must use **Adobe Premiere Pro**. (Bonus if you know After Effects).
* **Hardware:** You must have a PC/Mac capable of editing 4K footage without lag.
* **Internet:** Fast upload speed (for sending large project files).
* **English:** Must be able to understand complex business topics in English to choose the right B-Roll.
