The role of Tech at Max Motors Dealerships is dynamic, challenging, and integral to our operations. As a Tech at Max Motors Dealerships, you will primarily be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide array of automotive issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work with a rich variety of vehicle makes and models and use top-tier diagnostic tools and technologies to provide solutions. In addition, you will actively contribute to the growth and success of Max Motors Dealership's service team.

Responsabilities:

• Quickly and efficiently identifying problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Performing routine automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations and replacements, and brake pads replacements.
• Communicating vehicle issues and repair plans to the service advisor and to customers when necessary, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the service area is clean, safe and organized to facilitate quick turn-around of vehicles.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technical specifications of vehicle makes and models serviced by the company.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using the latest automotive repair tools and diagnostic software.
• A valid and clean driver's license.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is highly desirable.
