Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to lead and support daily operations within our service department. This role is key to driving productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by developing processes, implementing standard operating procedures, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and support daily operations in the service department.
Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure high-quality service delivery to meet customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering managers and participate in interviews and possible pre-screens with HR.
Work on manufacturing and process engineering tasks to support operational goals.
Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing engineering and process improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in computer usage.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects.
Well-organized and responsible in managing customer information.
Current and valid driver's license.
Employment contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
Work Environment
The position is in person and may require some travel. The work environment promotes a positive and safety-minded culture. The company is a local industry leader with over 75 years in the South Dakota market.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
