Minutemen Direct is recruiting for an HR Manager in Jeffersonville, IN for a new Industrial service company. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. Pay is $70K-$100K range.
Responsibilities:
You will be managing all HR operations including recruitment, working with temporary agencies, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. You will be developing and implementing HR policies and procedures suitable for construction jobsite environments. Supporting workforce management for subcontractors and jobsite employees. You will maintain accurate employee records and coordinate with management on performance and training needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Familiar with OSHA compliance and local employment regulations.
Strong communication and organizational skills
