Take the next step in your automotive career with Tom Wood Subaru. We are seeking motivated Express Technicians at various skill levels who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay: $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
*
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
*
One weekday off provided when working Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
*
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
*
Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs
*
Accurately document all services performed according to company standards
*
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
*
Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
*
Stay current with automotive tools, technology, and repair techniques
*
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
*
Complete minor repairs including air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
*
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
*
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
*
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
*
Team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused
*
Basic automotive knowledge required
*
Experience with shop equipment preferred
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
*
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
