Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for an Accounting Assistant to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. 

In this role, you will coordinate daily/weekly/monthly cash balancing activities, daily/weekly/monthly report review, discrepancy resolution, and information tracking. You will also be responsible for a combination of order entry, master file setup and maintenance, invoicing, hard copy and digital file maintenance, collection assistance and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists Accounting Manager or A/R Supervisor with Cash Application. Deposits checks (make copies) on a daily basis and resolves cash discrepancies .
• Performs all manual billing as scheduled or requested and coordinates with appropriate departmental associates.
• Assists Accounting Manager or A/R Supervisor with manual AR invoicing/adjustments. 
• Creates various manual AR adjustments via credit memo or debit memo. 
• Responds to account management and/or customer inquiries and maintains filing.

Hiring Salary Range: $19.67/hr. - $24.15/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
